Expertization: 2004 BPA certificate

According to Robert Pratt a mere four sheets (480 stamps) were printed in this colour; an error as it was meant for the Five pence stamp. Only a small percentage have survived. The reddish brown easily ranks among Newfoundland's most difficult stamps to find, especially with original gum.
